Responsibilities
Solution Analysis & System Design: Translate business needs into scalable system designs, functional specifications, and solution configurations aligned with enterprise standards.
Platform Configuration & Administration: Configure, maintain, and support enterprise ERP and CRM platforms, leveraging integration frameworks, custom apps, and data repositories.
Data Integration & Mapping: Manage data flows, integration specifications, and data management frameworks between core enterprise systems and partner platforms.
Process Modeling & Impact Analysis: Document current and future-state process workflows, system diagrams, and data structures while conducting risk and dependency analyses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate discovery workshops, lead technical discussions, and build consensus among business stakeholders, system architects, and technical delivery teams.
Quality Assurance & Testing Guidance: Provide technical direction to development and QA teams, maintaining requirements traceability through build, testing, and release cycles.
Production Support & Issue Resolution: Lead root-cause analysis to troubleshoot complex system incidents, resolve data issues, and ensure ongoing platform stability.
Process Optimization & Mentorship: Identify opportunities for system automation and workflow enhancement while mentoring junior analysts on system design best practices.
Qualifications
Systems Analysis Seniority: 5 to 8 years of experience as a systems analyst, functional consultant, or in a similar system-focused IT role (Strictly Required).
Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365/CRM, including system configuration, administration, and support (Strictly Required).
Data Management & Integrations: Proven experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) and system integration patterns within D365 environments (Strictly Required).
Power Platform Toolset: Practical experience building and configuring solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse (Strictly Required).
Large-Scale Enterprise Applications: Proven track record delivering and supporting large-scale, business-critical enterprise applications (Strictly Required).
Supply Chain & Enterprise Processes: Solid knowledge of core business processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Product Information Management, and Master Planning.
Preferred Assets:
Hands-on involvement in D365 Finance & Operations implementations.
Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or integrated eCommerce platforms.
