Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of salaried positions within the manufacturing sector.
Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruitment best practices.
Develop and implement tailored, multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional networks.
Create engaging and inclusive job postings that accurately reflect the role and attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
Ensure a superior and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment KPIs and SLAs to measure performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Provide valuable mentorship, coaching, and support to junior recruiters and team members to foster their professional growth.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Participate in hiring events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities to enhance employer brand visibility.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiter role, preferably within a high-volume, multi-site industrial or corporate environment.
Full professional proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong, demonstrated knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) labour market, including key industries and recruitment channels.
Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with knowledge of SuccessFactors (SAP) considered a strong asset.
Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI, is preferred.
Ability to travel occasionally to various sites within the GTA for meetings and collaboration.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals at all levels.
Strong listening skills and a high degree of diplomacy to effectively navigate complex conversations and support hiring managers.
