The Business Analyst will work closely with the DR and MVC project teams, business stakeholders, application owners, and governance partners to define requirements, document current and future state processes, and support delivery across multiple phases of the program. This role is essential to ensuring alignment between business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology solutions.
This role directly supports closing critical audit findings and establishing a mature, tested, and sustainable DR and MVC capability across the enterprise. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling the organization to withstand and recover from major disruptions.

Responsibilities
Requirements & Analysis:
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements supporting Disaster Recovery and Minimum Viable Company capabilities.
• Support the definition and validation of MVC scenarios, decision criteria, and recovery priorities, with a focus on cyber and technology outage events.
• Analyze current-state processes, BCPs, BIAs, and application recovery documentation; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure requirements align with audit remediation objectives and regulatory expectations.
Process & Documentation:
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including:
o Business requirements
o Process flows and use cases
o Application dependency and recovery sequencing inputs
o Governance, sustainment, and operating model artifacts
• Support standardization of DR and MVC documentation and ensure traceability across phases.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between business units, application teams, DR/MVC project teams, and governance stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business representatives, BCP leads, and technology teams.
• Support preparation of materials for SteerCo, sponsor, and leadership updates.
Delivery Support
• Support Definition, Design, Build, Test, and Sustain phases of the DR & MVC Program.
• Assist with validation of deliverables, including recovery plans, test scenarios, and readiness artifacts.
• Contribute to change management, communications, and training inputs as required.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex, enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong experience with business process analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience working with IT, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
