Responsibilities
Senior Business Analyst Bilingual 100% remote
Document, structure, and maintain all business processes related to operations
Develop training materials and process documentation
Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend improvements
Track process performance using KPIs and relevant indicators
Support communication, training, and change management activities
Ensure process consistency and quality across teams
Collaborate with IT to align tools and systems with process requirements
Act as a key partner to operational teams in a continuous improvement context
Qualifications
Senior Business Analyst Bilingual 100% remote
Proven experience in business analysis and process consulting
Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint, Miro, etc.)
Excellent communication skills in both French and English (bilingualism required)
Ability to structure, challenge, simplify, and lead with influence
Autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in evolving and sometimes ambiguous contexts
Background in financial services or insurance (considered a strong asset)
