Responsibilities
•Lead business analysis for financial systems, including loan management and underwriting applications
•Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
•Gather, document, and refine business requirements, including reverse engineering legacy systems
•Create user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps
•Decompose complex functionality into epics, features, and stories in an Agile environment
•Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners on solution design and delivery
•Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and root cause analysis
•Assist with deployment planning, documentation, and approvals
•Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle
Qualifications
•Strong experience as a Business Analyst in financial services environments
•Proven background working with loan management and underwriting systems
•Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams
•Strong ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps
•Experience working with legacy systems and supporting transition to modern platforms
•Experience supporting UAT, testing coordination, and functional troubleshooting
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to analyze, document, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
