Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for a variety of projects. Prepare clear, accurate documentation and presentations for stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate meetings and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams. Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.
Analysis & Design: Develop process flows, user stories, use cases, metrics, and KPIs to support organizational objectives. Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions.
Project Support: Contribute to test strategies, QA, and go-live activities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help develop mitigation strategies.
Communication & Change Management: Write, proofread, and edit technical and end-user documentation. Support change management efforts by effectively communicating project impacts and benefits to all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a healthcare setting.
Minimum 2 years of experience working on data integration or interoperability projects.
An MBA in Healthcare Administration.
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reports.
Previous experience with major EMR and/or eReferral systems.
A proven ability to communicate complex issues effectively to a variety of audiences, from senior leaders to frontline staff.
Experience in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment, adept at building strong relationships and navigating competing needs.
A conceptual thinker with strong consulting, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Previous experience developing test strategies and coordinating testing activities.
