The successful candidate will play a critical role in our stakeholder engagement and business requirements workstreams, validating project functional requirements, working with vendors and stakeholders, and testing the solution to ensure a smooth provincial rollout.

Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, developing clear presentations and decision items for various audiences, including senior leaders.
Develop test strategies and plans, and coordinate all testing activities.
Write and/or proofread a variety of technical and end-user materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Facilitate and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders to document and communicate knowledge.
Drive issues resolution and coordinate with stakeholders to find solutions.\
Provide remote and on-site go-live support in healthcare facilities
Qualifications
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a business analyst role.
Proven healthcare experience with a clinical application implementation within the last five (5) years.
A Diploma or Degree in Canadian Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to translate business requirements into specifications, data flows, and clinical workflows.
Strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues effectively to all levels of the organization, from senior leaders to frontline staff.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and navigate a large, complex multi-enterprise environment.
A methodical thinker with excellent facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills.
Proven history of resolving complex issues.
Previous experience developing test strategies, plans, and coordinating testing activities.
Previous experience with a minimum of three (3) provincial healthcare implementations in Canada.
