Responsibilities
Requirements & Design: Elicit, analyze, and validate functional, technical, and business requirements, translation into specifications, workflows, and use cases.
Interoperability & Data Mapping: Analyze and document data mappings between source and target systems using standards such as HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR.
Organizational Change Management (OCM): Conduct stakeholder impact analyses, develop communication plans, training materials, and support business process change activities.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test strategies, plans, and cases while coordinating system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, manage vendor and leadership alignment, and communicate complex issues clearly across all levels of the organization.


Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role, with at least 5 years of BA experience specifically within a healthcare setting.
Data Integration Projects: Minimum of 3 years experience working on data integration or interoperability projects
Domain Knowledge: Direct familiarity with major Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
