Technical Artifact Development: Author clear, concise, and actionable technical business documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, use cases, and traceability matrices.
System & Migration Analysis: Conduct deep-dive current-state and future-state system analyses, evaluating technical landscapes to support the migration of legacy web applications into cloud-hosted environments.
Business Process Modeling: Map, evaluate, and document existing operational workflows to isolate system inefficiencies; design optimized future-state process models, data flow diagrams, and use case surveys.
Strategic Planning Support: Conduct feasibility studies, prepare comprehensive business cases, perform cost-benefit analyses, and apply re-engineering concepts to promote cost-effective service delivery improvements.
Risk & Security Assessment: Support comprehensive risk assessments and document technical mitigation strategies to ensure full compliance with corporate architecture, privacy, and security standards.
Integration & Interoperability Support: Assist with platform integration and electronic medical record (EMR) interface streams, supporting structured data capture, data pre-population, and dynamic form behaviors aligned with national interoperability standards.
