Data Lakehouse & BI Analysis: Lead comprehensive business and system analysis to design the semantic data layer (golden layer) of a modern data lakehouse and drive the rollout of modernized Power BI dashboards.
MVP Scope Definition & Gap Analysis: Champion the effort to define the reporting Minimum Viable Product (MVP), comprehensively audit and document legacy reporting structures, conduct rigorous gap analyses, and deliver strategic technical recommendations.
Agile Requirements Engineering: Author highly detailed, structured user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps, ensuring requirements mapping aligns completely with corporate digital standards across varying project phases.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the principal translation authority between non-technical Business Areas and the core data migration/reporting engineering squads to distill operational pain points into explicit functional requirements.
Advanced Data & Process Modeling: Formulate robust analytical blueprints, including conceptual and logical data models, detailed process/data flow diagrams, use case surveys, screen specifications, data migration rules, and non-functional requirements definitions.
Data Quality & Triage Governance: Diagnose, isolate, and address systemic data quality anomalies, orchestrate end-to-end data reconciliation, define test scripts, and build target KPIs to track the progress and structural completeness of the migration track.
Post-Migration Support & Lifecycle Tuning: Provide high-tier operational support post-migration, resolving complex data-related dependencies, and delivering structured user and system documentation to allow smooth future platform support.
Qualifications
Core Business Analysis Seniority: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive professional experience leading business and system analysis, assessing enterprise system blockers, and documenting detailed requirements to guide downstream technical execution.
Hybrid Methodology Delivery: Proven, verified experience operating successfully under both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Data Warehousing & BI Acumen: Demonstrated mastery conducting structural business analysis specifically focused on building data marts, data warehouses, data lakehouses, or enterprise Business Intelligence and analytics reporting solutions.
Complex Data Migration Background: Proven professional track record working as a core Business Analyst navigating large-scale, high-risk, and multi-tiered data migration initiatives.
Agile Management Toolchain Literacy: Hands-on experience writing agile user stories, mapping acceptance conditions, and managing backlogs within DevOps environments.
