Responsibilities
Requirements Management: Lead the end-to-end elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization of functional, non-functional, business, process, and data requirements.
Process Re-engineering & Modernization: Conduct current-state and future-state gap analyses, develop target process models, and apply business process re-engineering principles to drive service delivery improvements.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Plan and lead requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, focus groups, and executive consultations to align competing priorities and build stakeholder consensus.
Governance & Artifact Development: Author strategic business cases, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, option papers, decision logs, and executive briefing materials.
Requirements Traceability: Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability matrices from initial business objectives through development, testing, and operational transition using tools such as Azure DevOps.
Risk & Quality Management: Identify, analyze, document, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while ensuring alignment with enterprise gating processes and architecture standards.
Solution Advisory & Change Support: Translate business requirements into technical solution specifications, support organizational change readiness, and monitor post-implementation performance metrics.
Qualifications
Business Analysis Seniority: Extensive, demonstrated experience providing senior-level business analysis services for complex I&IT initiatives with diverse technical and business stakeholders (Strictly Required).
Requirements Elicitation & Management: Proven expertise eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and prioritizing functional, non-functional, process, and data requirements (Strictly Required).
Workshop Facilitation: Extensive experience facilitating requirements-gathering activities using workshops, interviews, focus groups, and executive consultations (Strictly Required).
Process Analysis & Modernization: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience conducting current-state/future-state analyses and process re-engineering for service modernization (Strictly Required).
Governance & Risk Management: Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while adhering to project management methodologies, architecture standards, and gating requirements (Strictly Required).
Stakeholder Negotiation: Outstanding facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to guide business and executive leaders through complex decision-making processes (Strictly Required).
Advanced Tooling Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and business modeling tools (Strictly Required).
