Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, use cases, and process models for portfolio reporting tools.
Financial & Cost-Savings Analysis: Identify drivers and levers for operational expense (OPEX) savings across IT hardware and software, collaborating with asset owners and finance teams to validate and report ongoing savings.
KPI & Portfolio Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and interactive dashboards to track and communicate organization-wide performance KPIs and metrics.
Resource Management & Utilization: Track, analyze, and report on resource utilization, overtime, hiring, and onboarding workflows across IT teams.
Workflow Automation & Integration: Utilize Power Automate to build automated workflows, streamline business processes, and optimize enterprise portfolio management tools.
Stakeholder Management & Change Communication: Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews, and consultations while producing change management collateral, briefing notes, and executive presentations.
Governance & Traceability: Maintain requirements traceability matrices, establish performance measures, and conduct post-implementation evaluations to ensure continuous alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
Business Analysis Seniority: 7+ years of dedicated experience providing I&IT business analysis services in complex enterprise environments (Strictly Required).
Power BI & Analytics: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Power BI reports, data models, and performance dashboards (Strictly Required).
Power Automate: 5+ years of hands-on experience building automated workflows and process automations using Power Automate (Strictly Required).
Resource Utilization & Performance Metrics: 7+ years of experience tracking, managing, and reporting resource utilization, overtime, and IT-wide performance KPIs (Strictly Required).
IT Cost Drivers & Savings Analysis: 7+ years of experience identifying IT operational cost drivers, aligning with stakeholders on savings levers, and tracking financial metrics (Strictly Required).
Portfolio Management Tooling: 7+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing use cases within enterprise portfolio management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana) (Strictly Required).
