Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate in-depth workshops, JAD sessions, and interviews with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Agile Deliverable Management: Break down complex business requirements into manageable epics and user stories; support sprint planning and align business analysis deliverables with iterative development cycles.
Business Modeling & Process Re-engineering: Develop process maps, context diagrams, use cases, use case models, and business rules definitions to optimize workflow efficiency and service delivery.
Tooling & Requirements Tracking: Utilize a range of business analysis and modeling platforms, including Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and Figma, to document and track requirements, design components, and project milestones.
Business Case Development & Feasibility: Prepare comprehensive business cases, cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and feasibility studies to support IT investment decisions.
UX/UI & Prototyping Support: Collaborate with UX designers and developers using tools such as Figma to translate requirements into user-centered wireframes and interface designs.
Quality Assurance & Performance Evaluation: Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluations, conduct follow-up assessments, and collaborate with QA teams to support UAT and validate system functionality against business needs.
Change Management & Communication: Support change management processes by defining change scope, conducting impact analyses, and preparing comprehensive reports, assessments, and communication materials for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
Workshop Facilitation & Elicitation: Demonstrated expertise leading workshops and JAD sessions to elicit, document, review, and confirm requirements, business rules, and process models (Strictly Required).
Agile & User Story Delivery: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies with proven experience breaking down complex requirements into manageable user stories and deliverables (Strictly Required).
UX & Design Alignment: Proven track record creating user stories and supporting UX, functional, and technical designs aligned with iterative development cycles (Strictly Required).
Performance Evaluation & Compliance: Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluations and conducting follow-up assessments for strategy and policy compliance (Strictly Required).
Modeling & Analysis Tooling: Proficiency with business analysis and project management tools, including Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Figma, and related modeling software (Strictly Required).
Use Case & Diagram Modeling: Demonstrated experience developing context diagrams, use cases, and use case models (Strictly Required).
Executive Communication & Documentation: Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, and present complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:

Hands-on experience with quality assurance methodologies, testing processes, and UAT validation.
