Competitive Salary

Standard: 9-5, 7.5 hours daily, 37.50 weekly

Responsibilities
The Senior Business Consultant will lead and advise on transformation initiatives that enhance organizational responsiveness, adaptability, and strategic execution. Leveraging deep experience in complex multi stakeholder environments, the consultant will guide teams through new ways of working, applying agile principles, change enablement practices, and continuous improvement mindsets.
The consultant will assess current workflows, operating models, and cross functional dynamics, and then design frameworks that improve alignment, streamline execution, and foster a culture that thrives amid change. This role requires comfort working with executives, public and private partners, and global program teams reflecting the Senior Director’s background in international programs, innovation ecosystems, and capability building.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
8+ years’ experience in organizational transformation, agile ways of working, or enterprise level consulting
Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi country or multi stakeholder initiatives
Expertise in operating model design, cross functional collaboration structures, and scaling agile practices
Ability to design and implement continuous improvement frameworks
Experience navigating public private partnerships or complex governance structures
Ability to develop clear, high quality program content
Maintain momentum across transformational initiatives
Effectively coordinate stakeholders to support continued, organization wide change management
Nice to Have:
Experience in social impact, education, or technology enabled transformation
Familiarity with innovation ecosystems, emerging markets, or government relations environments
Exposure to agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or similar operating models
Soft Skills:
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building abilities
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborative leadership style aligned with cross functional and global team environments
