Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for developing and managing key project artifacts, including:
Source-to-Target Data Maps
Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
Output Production Specifications
UML Workflow Diagrams
Business & Functional Requirements
Qualifications
CCM & Document Composition Expertise
5+ years of experience in customer communications management, print/mail operations or multi-channel document composition
Hands-on experience with CCM platforms such as Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, Sefas or Prisma
Strong understanding of document composition, output production and communication workflows
Rules, Logic & Accessibility
Deep knowledge of householding and customer grouping
Understanding of return streams, postal/mailroom rules and cost-centre logic
Experience with digital accessibility standards including AODA and WCAG 2.1
Ability to translate complex business rules into clear technical requirements
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
Comfortable leading client-facing workshops
Experience facilitating BRD walkthroughs and requirements sessions
Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge, clarify and drive decisions
Proven ability to obtain stakeholder alignment and formal sign-off
