Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional workshops to gather business and operational requirements focused on geospatial workflows.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the system transition.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Analyze existing code in C#, Python, and JavaScript to support the migration to ArcGIS Pro.
• Create comprehensive project documentation including use cases, workflow diagrams, and solution designs.
• Provide guidance to technical teams to ensure deliverables align with the modernized project vision.
• Support change management efforts and develop long-term maintenance strategies for the new solution.
Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst on large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience with the Esri suite including ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proven background in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex technical information.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and the ability to analyze various coding languages.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of leading requirement-gathering sessions for diverse stakeholders.
