Responsibilities
Full-Stack Application Development: Code, build, and deploy high-performance modules and application components within a comprehensive technical environment leveraging Visual Studio and VB.NET WinForms.
Database & PL/SQL Engineering: Construct, optimize, and debug advanced Oracle PL/SQL architectures, database packages, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Enterprise Reporting: Design, develop, and embed robust SSRS Reports to pull real-time data for field workflows, payment generation, and compliance auditing.
System Specification & Mapping: Read, parse, and analyze highly complex database schemas, interpreting exact data field specifications across heavily interdependent business environments.
Version Control & Coordination: Manage massive, shared multi-developer codebases in Visual Studio, coordinating sequential deployments and branch updates utilizing Azure DevOps and Git.
UI/UX & Requirements Analysis: Engage with business SMEs to elicit functional/non-functional technical requirements, map workflows, and participate in technical scrums to build highly accessible user interfaces.
Qualifications
Core Experience Baseline: * Minimum 15 years of total IM/IT sector experience.Minimum 10 years of dedicated experience working as a VB.Net WinForm Programmer Analyst.Minimum 10 years of expert experience in Oracle PL/SQL database design and development.Technical Stack Depth (Scored Criteria):10 years of experience managing large projects/codebases within Visual Studio under strict version control.10 years of experience reading complex database schemas and mapping table specifications.7 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining SSRS Reports.3 years of experience working within and expanding upon formalized internal application frameworks/shared code templates.Asset: Prior professional development experience with C#.Net MVC web applications.
