Responsibilities
• Analyze and design the implementation of the Mixed-Income Model within Yardi to support financial sustainability.
• Coordinate the conversion of existing property portfolios and the addition of new ones into the Yardi system.
• Lead the implementation of Yardi Forecast IQ and Asset IQ to enhance organizational reporting capabilities.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement projects within Yardi with a specific focus on finance functions.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to produce detailed specifications for development.
• Collaborate with City IT to support Business Intelligence initiatives using Yardi Data Connect and Power BI.
• Manage project risks and perform impact analysis to ensure successful delivery of financial system upgrades.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience as a Business or Systems Analyst with a mandatory background in Yardi module implementation.
• Proven professional background in finance or accounting to support complex financial data analysis.
• Expertise in data analysis and the ability to organize significant amounts of information with high accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and an understanding of SQL or Oracle data environments.
