• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, and resource estimations for complex software implementations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with external vendors and various business unit stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of recent experience specifically in a Business or Systems Analyst role.

• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed specifications for development teams within large organizations.
• Strong background in coordinating project activities independently with a focus on customer service.
