Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, process, and system requirements for IAM and cyber security initiatives.
•Develop process maps, gap analyses, dependency assessments, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
•Support the implementation and improvement of IAM, PAM, MFA, PKI, credential protection, and cryptographic controls.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, security architects, engineers, operations teams, and compliance partners to deliver secure access solutions.
•Translate risk, compliance, operational, and architectural requirements into functional and non-functional security requirements.
•Support governance activities related to privileged access, authentication, certificate management, and security controls.
•Produce reports and analysis to support security decision-making and control effectiveness.
•Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
•University degree or college diploma in computer science, information security, risk management, or a related field.
•5+ years of recent experience in IT and cyber security.
•5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating complex security-related requirements.
•Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, MFA, PKI, credential protection, and cryptographic controls.
•Experience translating risk, compliance, and architectural needs into requirements.
•Understanding of privileged access governance, secrets management, and authentication methods.
•Experience with PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and key management.
•Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and cloud authentication concepts (e.g., SAML, OIDC, Conditional Access).
•Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
•Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
