Responsibilities
• Lead the overall planning and execution of IT projects to ensure all outcomes and deliverables are met on schedule.

• Manage project charters, budgets, and risk logs while navigating formal change request processes.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to project sponsors and governance committees.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and challenge business units to ensure technical solutions meet true operational needs.
• Oversee the completion of critical project artifacts including architecture designs, test plans, and production deployment signoffs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to reach consensus on critical project decisions.
Qualifications
• Ten years of experience in IT project management specifically focused on large-scale technology projects or programs.
• Six years of experience managing system implementations for large corporate entities with multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations from initiation through deployment.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Extensive experience in project resource planning and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
