We are looking for a Data & CRM Strategist who is a "problem solver at heart." This is a senior-level position designed for someone who understands the logic behind data and can translate it into actionable strategies for non-profit leaders. You will manage projects for 6–10 charitable clients simultaneously, bridging the gap between complex technical systems and fundraising goals.

Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Impact
Data Architecture: Import and export complex files between systems using Excel as your primary medium and integration tools for data transfers.
Problem Solving: Identify data integrity issues and build automated workflows to fix them.
Strategic Reporting: Use Excel (Pivot Tables) and Power BI to create high-level reports, gift tracking, and benchmarking.
Client Consultation: Spend 30–50% of your time in client-facing meetings, explaining technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Database Management: Oversee full-scale CRM implementations and re-vamps using industry-standard tools (Raiser’s Edge & NXT).
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: At least 5 years in a senior role, ideally within the non-profit sector.
The "Must-Have" Toolset: Mastery of Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data manipulation) and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge / NXT.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and Project Management/Time Tracking tools (like Harvest).
Communication: Exceptional ability to solve problems and clearly explain the "why" to clients.
Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following complex instructions while identifying process improvements.
