Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CAFM/IWMS platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and generate advanced reports and dashboards to track space utilization, occupancy, and other key metrics.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for space optimization.
Use AutoCAD to review, update, and troubleshoot floor plans and drawings.
Collaborate with the Space Strategy Manager and other stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations.
Present findings and insights to senior executives in a clear and compelling manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues related to the space management system.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the CAFM/IWMS platform.
Continuously look for ways to improve data management processes and reporting capabilities.
Support the business administration functions of the corporate real estate team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Facility Management.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on data management and reporting.
Demonstrated experience in managing and administering a CAFM/IWMS system.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience in the business administration or corporate real estate sector is a significant asset.
One should must have the strong presentation skill.
