Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this Senior DevOps Engineer at this Medical Technology leader in Montreal;
Scalable Build Infrastructure:
Design, implement, and manage fast and scalable build agents, with a specific focus on optimizing Windows-based environments and ensuring high availability for global teams (Vienna, Bangalore, Vancouver, etc.).
Containerization & Orchestration:
Manage and orchestrate containers, specifically Docker on Windows, ensuring stability and performance in a complex infrastructure.
Modern CI/CD Implementation:
Drive the transition and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, moving away from legacy systems (Team Foundation) towards a "Spotify/Netflix" model of engineering efficiency.
DevSecOps & Compliance:
Integrate security controls directly into the pipeline (DevSecOps) using tools like Snyk and SonarQube, ensuring strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Networking:
Use Terraform and Packer to standardize VM images and manage a complex Cloud networking environment, focusing on security and connectivity.
Qualifications

Containerization: Proven experience with Docker on Windows (containers) is a critical requirement.
