Responsibilities
• Elicit and document functional requirements for Disaster Recovery and Minimum Viable Company capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams to define recovery priorities.
• Analyze current-state processes and business impact assessments to identify critical gaps.
• Create high-quality process flows, use cases, and application dependency maps.
• Develop governance and operating model artifacts to ensure long-term program sustainability.
• Support the validation of test scenarios and readiness artifacts during the build and test phases.
• Ensure all project documentation aligns with audit remediation objectives and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
• 10 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst working on complex, enterprise-scale programs.
• Deep expertise in process documentation, requirements management, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Previous experience supporting Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, or Operational Resiliency initiatives.
• Background working with IT infrastructure or enterprise platforms within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business requirements.
