Advantages
- Permanent full time Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Salary ranging between 75k and 100k based on experience
- Can work from home twice a week once training is completed
- Company insurance package (medical and dental)
- Vacation weeks flexible based on experience
Responsibilities
- Management of the cross-border FTL shipments
- Plan, organize and assign loads to drivers, optimizing routes between Canada and the US
- Work in coordinate with customer service / logistics team for all shipment and customs documents
- Coordinate occasional intermodal shipments, including reserving equipment and space with rail companies and managing transfers with local carriers
- Track intermodal movements from departure to arrival and provide updates to customers
- Proactively communicate with clients to inform them of status, pickups, potential delays or schedule changes
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the Transport sector in dispatcher for cross-border
- Strong computer skills (Samsara, Unicom
- Fluently bilingual French and English i
- A true teamplayer with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Posses good leadership, reliable, hard-working and logical
