Hourly Rate: $45 - $60/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
Actively address and resolve employee relations issues while serving as the primary point of contact for workplace concerns.
Lead comprehensive investigations into policy violations or employee complaints, document your findings, and provide actionable recommendations for resolution.
Coach and guide managers on handling employee performance matters, which includes initiating the corrective action process when necessary.
Mediate workplace disputes to promote a collaborative environment and assist in the consistent implementation and understanding of HR policies.
Monitor changes in employment legislation to guarantee organizational compliance and ensure all policies align with current laws.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an employee relations or similar HR-focused role.
Strong understanding of employment laws alongside current HR best practices.
Exceptional communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills, combined with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
