In this strategic, high-visibility role, you will define and execute the overarching program-level E2E test strategy, establishing robust test governance, quality gates, and cross-functional alignment across multiple technical streams and international counter-teams. You will bridge functional requirements with technical execution, leading the validation of large-scale ERP implementations (Oracle) and interconnected legacy and third-party systems.

Responsibilities
Strategic Test Leadership: Architect, own, and execute the enterprise-wide End-to-End testing blueprint, test plans, quality gates, and governance frameworks across multiple parallel workstreams.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Synchronize testing efforts across internal functional teams, technical delivery groups, external vendors, and overseas partner teams.
E2E Traceability & Coverage: Ensure rigorous alignment between business requirements, complex financial order/accounting flows, system integration touchpoints, and functional test coverage.
Governance & Defect Management: Establish and facilitate defect triage protocols, root cause analyses, dependency tracking (environments, test data), and program RAID logs.
Release Readiness & Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, and integration cycles; deliver evidence-based progress reporting and provide formal Go/No-Go recommendations for major release milestones.
Qualifications
Senior Testing Leadership: 8+ years in QA/testing environments, with at least 3+ years in a senior functional leadership role managing enterprise testing strategies across complex ecosystem releases.
ERP & Financial Systems Expertise: Proven experience driving testing activities for large-scale Oracle ERP or financial transformation projects (accounting flows, posting rules, period close, sub-ledgers).
Complex Integration Experience: Track record of setting up E2E testing across extensive multi-system environments (20+ integrated platforms and API data flows).
Methodology & Tooling: Deep expertise in modern SDLC frameworks, risk-based testing methodologies, and enterprise QA platforms (Jira, Confluence, test management suites).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical quality risks to executive leadership.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
