Deliver technical leadership across the SAP landscape, guiding decisions on SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, API design, data replication, identity and access management, and environment strategies.
Operational Sustainment & Service Management
Establish and mature ITIL-aligned IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management workflows.
Leverage and optimize ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and SAP4Me for ticket management, workflow automation, ticket triage, backlog management, and root cause analysis.
Strengthen SAP sustainment capabilities by defining governance models, support frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes for long-term platform stability.
Ensure operational readiness and supportability for project-delivered SAP solutions through documentation, training, monitoring, and seamless transition to support teams.
Provide solution assurance across project lifecycles, participating in design workshops, fit-gap analyses, testing strategies, cutover plans, and hypercare support.

Identify and manage cross-system dependencies, risks, and design gaps, driving timely issue resolution and key architectural decisions.

Qualifications
Core Requirements & Mandatory Criteria
Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field, along with active SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
Progressive SAP Tenure: Minimum of 7 years of progressive SAP experience across solution delivery (implementation and sustainment), with at least 4 years providing senior-level guidance in complex enterprise environments.
HR, Payroll & Workforce Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors—specifically Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Benefits (ECB), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)—with hands-on experience supporting payroll integrations and Workforce Software (Time & Attendance).
