Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a construction estimator
As a construction estimator, your main duties will include:
Rigorously analyzing tender documents and specifications.
Conducting detailed cost evaluations for materials, labor, and equipment.
Preparing, submitting, and diligently following up on bids.
Serving as a resource person and technical reference throughout project execution.
Developing and maintaining excellent business relationships with professionals, subcontractors, and consultants.

Qualifications
To excel in this position in Boisbriand, we are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:
A Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) or an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in construction estimation or a related field.
Between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
An excellent ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Strong proficiency with estimation software and general computer tools.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
