The successful candidate will support a critical RFP contract renewal project, as well as partially backfill a paternity leave. Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in preparing financial models, business cases, and analyses that inform strategic real estate decisions and enhance the organization’s overall business performance.
Hybrid: Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and the fourth Friday of each month
Duration: 9 months with strong potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.

Responsibilities
•Develop an in-depth understanding of client’s ERE processes through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
•Build financial models to evaluate real estate decisions and support business cases
•Prepare financial impact assessments and projection models for initiatives
•Collect and synthesize information for funding requests and business case development
•Manage business case processes, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting policies
•Support RFP and contract negotiations related to real estate services
•Provide ad-hoc analyses to the Senior Director to support Enterprise Real Estate objectives
•Analyze multiple data sources objectively to inform CRE decisions
•Communicate insights clearly to internal teams, senior management, and external partners
Qualifications
Must-Have:
•5–7 years of analytical experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis and modeling (consulting experience also acceptable)
•Experience in real estate accounting or providing financial support to a real estate organization
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for senior/external stakeholder engagement
•University degree (business preferred, not mandatory)
•Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and develop flexible procedures
Nice-to-Have:
•Experience evaluating pricing for Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
•Knowledge of financial systems (SAP GL, Essbase)
•Experience with data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power BI)
