The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for analyzing performance, developing optimization tools, and providing informed recommendations to support decision-making at the highest level.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the complete financial planning cycle (budgets, forecasts, scenario analysis).
- Develop, improve, and automate tools for monitoring financial and operational performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management and the executive committee.
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand their issues, support their projects, and ensure consistency in financial forecasts.
- Contribute to the optimization of FP&A processes by introducing best practices and leveraging technological solutions.
- Act as a strategic business partner to various departments.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting title (CPA) or equivalent training in finance/accounting
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Strong expertise in Excel and BI/ERP tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop reliable and high-performing financial models
- Excellent communication and simplification skills for different audiences.
- Analytical mindset and rigor, combined with a solution-oriented approach and continuous improvement.
