Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reviews, forecasts, and annual operating budgets
- Conduct data mining and provide ad-hoc financial analysis to guide business management decisions
- Build dynamic models, automate repetitive tasks, and identify opportunities for operational process improvements
- Oversee local inventory controls, track production metrics, and collaborate with plant staff on monthly requirements
- Act as the local liaison to resolve tracking and process issues with the decentralized corporate accounting office
- Complete month-end journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and required government tax reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of heavy inventory-based accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- University degree in Accounting or Finance is required ; CPA designation or Master's degree is highly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP systems with the ability to manage workflows independently from day one
- Strong proficiency using Power BI for data analysis and dashboarding
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, product loss analytics, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and time management skills to handle tight deadlines during peak cycles
