Responsibilities
- Deliver & Analyze: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports and statements to drive executive decision-making.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide timely, data-driven recommendations to leadership to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Risk & Compliance: Maintain the integrity and reliability of financial data by implementing and monitoring strict internal control structures.
- Financial Cycle Management: Lead month-end closing processes and spearhead accurate financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of financial/accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Systems: Hands-on knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. (Asset)
- Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
