Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:
-Rigorous financial analysis: Review subsidiaries' financial statements to ensure compliance, accuracy and alignment with internal policies.
-KPI development: Create and monitor financial indicators to detect variances and trends.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with business units to structure performance reviews.
-Process optimization: Improve consolidation, analytical reporting and financial presentation processes.
-Strategic support: Contribute to the production of management reports.
-Compliance and standardization: Participate in unit accounting standardization and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Certification: CPA or CFA strongly preferred.
Experience: 5 to 7 years in accounting with a solid specialization in financial analysis.
Technology: Proficiency in analysis and visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent).
Key skills :
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
-Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills.
Results-oriented and problem-solving.
-Ability to evolve in a demanding and dynamic environment.
