Responsibilities
Manage finance functions for assigned entities, including monthly reporting, accounts payable, forecasting, and treasury management.
Assist in quarterly global reforecasts and prepare presentation materials for the Board of Directors.
Oversee corporate tax activities, including sales tax filings and annual report preparation alongside the tax team.
Coordinate annual external audits and manage all key audit deliverables.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and maintain compliance.
Respond to ad-hoc financial requests from senior leadership and participate in strategic improvement projects.
Qualifications
CPA designation is mandatory.
6+ years of relevant financial experience with an audit background and demonstrated career progression.
Deep experience applying GAAP standards and drafting financial statements.
Advanced MS Excel skills (complex formulas, modeling, pivot tables).
Experience with multi-currency consolidations and multi-entity accounting is a strong asset.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (or Navision) is preferred.
