- Lead all internal financial, operational, and commercial reporting to support performance management and strategic decision‑making.
- Develop dashboards, in‑depth analyses, and scenario models covering costs, margins, pricing, sales, and freight.
- Provide strong analytical leadership to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
- Drive cost control initiatives, productivity improvements, and plant efficiency enhancements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing financial reporting team, fostering rigor and transparency.
- Optimize financial processes, support strategic initiatives, and lead financial integration for M&A transactions.

- CPA designation required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA considered an asset).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, ideally within pulp & paper / packaging industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, and driving improvements in plant financial performance.
- Strong proficiency in operational and commercial reporting, financial planning, and scenario modeling.
- Advanced experience with SAP (FI/CO), including system deployments or expert‑level user capabilities.
- Recognized strategic leadership, strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English, enabling effective collaboration with teams and partners across Québec, English‑speaking provinces, and the United States.
