Responsibilities
- Consolidation & Reporting: Steering consolidated Cash Flow and CapEx reporting, including executive-level presentations.
- BU Governance: Validation and critical analysis of data submitted by Business Units (BUs) to ensure accuracy.
- Systems Management: Administration of forecasts and management of complex financial models.
- Budgeting: Strategic collaboration for the development of the annual consolidated budget.
- Optimization: Process automation and continuous improvement of large-scale data analysis tools.
- Communicate regularly with English-speaking clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
Qualifications
- Education & Designation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA designation.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to understand and build complex financial models.
- Systems: Knowledge of ERP systems and Power Query/Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Time Management: Strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
- Bilingualism: Proficiency in both French and English.
*Since the company operates extensively outside of Quebec, regular communication with English-speaking partners is required. Therefore, mastery of both spoken and written English is essential.
