Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain accessible, responsive web applications using React.js and .NET Core
•Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and .NET
•Implement semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and accessible UI components across React and Angular applications
•Identify, audit, and remediate accessibility issues across frontend and backend systems
•Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure inclusive UX (color contrast, keyboard navigation, focus management)

Qualifications
•5–8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on accessibility
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
•Proven experience building accessible web applications aligned with WCAG 2.2 and AODA standards
•Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern frontend development practices
•Hands-on experience developing backend services and APIs using .NET Core and Node.js
•Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
•Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack) and assistive technologies
•Experience working with JSON and integrating data across frontend and backend systems
•Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
•Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar developer productivity tools
•Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
•Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to inclusive, user-centered design
Nice to have:
•Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or GraphQL
•Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
•Experience delivering accessibility-focused solutions in enterprise environments
