Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive business requirement elicitations and transform functional needs into comprehensive system specs (utilizing Doc-as-code, Word, or PDF frameworks).
Configure, customize, and pilot core business solution modules within enterprise platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps (Git).
Partner with technical engineering leads to oversee solution build accuracy and drive end-to-end user acceptance testing strategies.
Lead interactive solution walkthroughs and system demonstrations for non-technical business partners.
Maintain post-production surveillance, provide operational support, and spearhead thorough knowledge-transfer sessions across teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 to 14 years of professional IT experience, with at least 7 years focused on functional system design and analysis.Demonstrated history of contributing to large-scale system builds ($500+$ person-days) involving intricate multi-system integrations.Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban) with rapid 3-week iteration sprints.Technical experience or familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, XML/JSON formats, and process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi).Exceptional analytical ability to dissect source code logic independently alongside strong initiative and adaptability.Eligibility to obtain Level 1 Public Safety security clearance.Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
