Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS Pro SDK with C# .NET (WPF) and Python (ArcPy).
•Build and support solutions using .NET Core for scalable and modern application development.
• Design responsive web applications compatible with various devices (iPad, phone, laptop, desktop).
•Implement and maintain solutions using ESRI Web AppBuilder and Experience Builder.
•Develop and manage spatial data workflows using FME (Feature Manipulation Engine).
• Strong background in ArcGIS Pro SDK using C# .NET and Python (ArcPy)
•Work with Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online to deploy and manage web-based GIS solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
•Integrate GIS applications with spatial databases and enterprise systems.
•Provide technical support, documentation, and training as needed.

Qualifications
Essential Skills
1. Five (5)+ years' experience developing or maintaining applications using the ESRI toolset.
2. Five (5)+ years' experience with ArcGIS Pro SDK using C# .NET (WPF) and Python (ArcPy).
3. Three (3)+ years' experience with ArcGIS Pro.
4. Two (2)+ years' of experience with ArcMap.
5. Two (2)+ years' of experience with Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online.
6. Five (5)+ years' of experience with spatial databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server Spatial).
7. Two (2)+ years' experience with .NET Core development.
8. Two (2)+ years' experience with FME for spatial ETL processes.
9. Two (2)+ years' experience with responsive web design principles and practices.
10 Two (2)+ years' experience with ESRI Web AppBuilder and/or Experience Builder.
Desirable Skills:
1. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
2. Experience with cloud platforms and GIS deployment in cloud environments.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
