Responsibilities
• Application Development: Build and sustain robust web applications using the Esri toolset and C#.Net.
• System Design: Leverage ArcGIS Pro SDK and WPF to create high-functioning, user-centric GIS solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous unit testing to ensure application stability and performance.
• Technical Documentation: Produce detailed technical guides and system documentation following Client standards for long-term supportability.
• Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into spatial data solutions.
Qualifications
• Essential Technical Requirements:
• GIS Experience: At least 5 years of experience within the last 7 years developing or sustaining applications in the Esri toolset.
• C#.Net Mastery: 5 years of experience utilizing ArcGIS Pro SDK and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
• ArcGIS Ecosystem: 3 years of experience with ArcGIS Pro and 2 years with ArcMap.
• Cloud & Portal: 2 years of experience with Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online.
• Spatial Data: 5 years of experience managing and developing with spatial databases.
Preferred Skills:
• Agile Methodology: Experience working within an Agile software development framework.
• Modern Web Design: Proficiency in Responsive Web Design for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• ETL Tools: Experience building or maintaining solutions using FME (Feature Manipulation Engine).
• Frameworks: Familiarity with .NET Core and custom organizational frameworks.
• Esri Builders: Hands-on experience with Web AppBuilder or Experience Builder.
