Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting: Partner with key stakeholders to design and deploy a comprehensive suite of workforce metrics, including turnover, hiring trends, and headcount analysis.
System Optimization: Support the integration and refinement of Workday modules related to payroll, benefits, and core HR workflows to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
Data Governance: Define metric logic, document system workflows, and establish a standardized reporting calendar for leadership and governance bodies.
Compliance & Quality: Lead data validation and reconciliation efforts while building out employment equity protocols to ensure reporting is accurate and audit-ready.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated experience in HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, or a similar people-data-focused role.
Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in Workday (dashboards, reports, and data structures) and advanced Excel skills; experience with ADP Workforce Now is considered a strong asset.
Educational Background: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Analytical Skillset: Demonstrated ability to build repeatable reporting frameworks and an interest in leveraging AI tools within HR processes.
