Responsibilities
OIM Solution Development & Customization: Architect, develop, and deploy custom Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) components, including schedulers, adapters, plugins, event handlers, custom UI elements, and tailored connectors.
PKI & Identity Feature Implementation: Build and enhance identity and certificate management system features to resolve existing PKI issues and ensure full alignment with enterprise security requirements.
Authentication & Protocol Integration: Design and implement application integrations using modern security standards, including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) client/provider setups.
Full SDLC Support & Tooling: Guide end-to-end software development life cycle activities—from proof-of-concept development and requirements gathering to code migration, automated script generation, and production deployment.
Application Migration & Support: Support client applications in migrating off legacy security services, ensuring minimal operational disruption and high system availability.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance Documentation: Triage, diagnose, and resolve technical defects across development, testing, and production environments while authoring comprehensive support procedures and system documentation.
Performance & Consumption Reporting: Develop, test, and maintain diagnostic queries, views, procedures, and reports to monitor system performance and resource usage.
Qualifications
Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Development Seniority: At least 3 years of hands-on OIM development experience, including API/workflow coding, custom OIM UI development, and building/deploying OIM schedulers, adapters, plugins, and connectors (Strictly Required).
Oracle IAM Suite Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus (Strictly Required).
COTS & Enterprise Scale: 5+ years of experience providing development support for COTS-based IAM systems within large-scale implementations supporting over 10,000 registered users.
Authentication Standards: 3+ years of application development experience with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) technologies, including custom OIDC development and client integration.
Full-Stack & Web Tier Depth: Hands-on experience across Web Tier (OHS, IIS, Apache Tomcat), App Tier (WebLogic, Oracle Directory Server), Oracle DB (19C), Java (JDK 8/11), Angular (12/14), and Spring Boot.
Troubleshooting & QA Governance: 10+ years of experience analyzing, triaging, and resolving complex application defects, paired with working knowledge of ITIL processes (Change, Release, and Problem Management).
