Responsibilities
Full-Stack Application Development: Translate technical system specifications into working code across front-end (Angular, Node.js, HTML5/CSS) and backend architectures (Java, Spring Boot, EJB, JPA).
Microservices & API Engineering: Design, build, deploy, and consume RESTful and SOAP-based web services, microservices, and distributed cloud applications.
Business Rules & Workflow Automation: Build complex business logic using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) and integrate applications with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) for process orchestration.
Cloud & DevOps Integration: Develop, deploy, and support applications on Azure Cloud services, utilizing Docker containerization and automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Database & Migration Engineering: Write advanced PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, migration scripts, and staging table architectures for data transformation and database management.
Content Management & Document Generation: Interface with OpenText Content Management System APIs to maintain metadata integrity and build automated report/PDF generation tools (Jasper Reports).
Accessibility & Governance Standards: Ensure all user interfaces, digital forms, and document outputs strictly comply with AODA / WCAG accessibility standards and government IT guidelines.
Quality Assurance & Lifecycle Management: Execute comprehensive unit, functional, load, and regression testing, conduct peer code reviews, author technical design documentation, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
JEE Engineering Seniority: 10+ years of experience designing, coding, testing, and implementing JEE components across the full software development lifecycle (Strictly Required).
