Responsibilities
•Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID
•Configure and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Conditional Access Policies
•Implement identity governance processes including access reviews, entitlement management, and lifecycle controls
•Design and integrate secure authentication and federation solutions using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and Kerberos
•Support AI-driven identity security initiatives such as automated access decisions and identity threat detection
•Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and compliance requirements
•Ensure secure access across cloud and on-premise environments in accordance with banking regulatory frameworks
•Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and solution documentation for IAM implementations
•Support troubleshooting, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of identity security controls
Qualifications
•Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) design and implementation
•Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance
•Deep understanding of authentication and federation protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and Kerberos
•Experience designing secure enterprise identity architectures in complex, hybrid cloud environments
•Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, identity lifecycle management, and least-privilege access models
•Experience supporting or implementing AI-enabled security or automation within identity or cybersecurity environments
•Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial or highly regulated industries
•Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide clear architecture guidance
•Experience producing technical documentation, solution designs, and security architecture artifacts
•Relevant certifications (preferred) such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CCSP)
