Responsibilities
• Develop the overarching enterprise strategy and technology architecture for Agentic AI capabilities.
• Create and manage a comprehensive implementation roadmap to ensure the safe and scalable adoption of AI tools.
• Establish enterprise-wide governance frameworks including standards, controls, and oversight models for emerging technologies.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across IT and various business units to ensure successful program delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle including scope definition, risk management, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal governance partners to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Facilitate complex decision-making and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups through clear communication.
Qualifications
• At least ten years of experience in IT project management with a focus on industry-recognized best practices.
• Minimum of four years of experience specifically in an IT program management capacity within a large and complex organization.
• Extensive background leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives including strategy, governance, and cloud-based implementations.
• Deep technical knowledge of generative AI, Agentic AI, and platforms such as Azure AI or Microsoft 365.
• Proven leadership skills in managing large teams, prioritizing resources, and driving significant organizational change.
