Responsibilities
• Lead planning and execution of complex IT projects from initiation through close-out
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Provide clear, consistent project updates to senior leadership and governance bodies
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, IT standards, and corporate policies
• Support the delivery of technical artifacts including test plans, deployment docs, and training materials
• Contribute to organizational project resourcing, change management, and stakeholder consensus-building
Qualifications
• 10+ years of IT project management experience across large, complex initiatives
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of project management practices as outlined in PMI’s PMBOK®
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence without authority
• Experience in the public sector or large organizations is an asset
