In this critical role as Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management, you will oversee end-to-end supplier relationship governance, ensure strict compliance with institutional risk frameworks, and drive high-quality service delivery across regional footprint locations. Operating in a collaborative Hybrid work model (3–4 days per week on-site in downtown Toronto), this position offers an exceptional environment to showcase your expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and operational risk mitigation.
This is a 12-month contract position (covering a maternity leave) with a strong likelihood for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs. As a Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management, you will serve as a key Subject Matter Expert, guiding cross-functional teams and shaping global real estate operations.

Responsibilities
-Global Supplier Governance: Lead the ongoing management of global Service Partners in alignment with the overarching Supplier Management & Governance Framework, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
-Contract & Deliverable Oversight: Validate contract deliverables, manage KPI adherence, review performance reporting, and conduct periodic audits to ensure optimal service execution.
-Subject Matter Expertise & Training: Serve as the functional SME, providing direct leadership, guidance, and training to Regional Service Area Leads and external Service Partners.
-Risk & Audit Issue Resolution: Drive the prompt resolution of all supplier-related operational risk items and audit findings in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
-Strategic Project Support: Partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Regional Leads to implement key strategic initiatives (e.g., Project Summit) and optimize overall service delivery.
-Escalation Management: Serve as an escalation point to resolve complex performance issues across various Corporate Real Estate service lines.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
-7+ years of dedicated experience within Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Supplier Management, and/or Contract Management.
-Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and managing complex commercial contracts and vendor deliverables.
-Exceptional project management, relationship management, negotiation, and decision-influencing capabilities.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for KPI tracking, contract reporting, financial analysis, and executive presentation building.
-Strong analytical mindset with solid financial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to Haves:
-Prior experience within the Financial Services / Banking sector.
-Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., OSFI, CCA) and enterprise risk/compliance policies related to real estate and third-party vendors.
-Background or formal experience as a Paralegal.
-Demonstrated background in operational risk identification and mitigation strategies.
