DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior Manager, Employee Services and HR Operations, your daily routine will be dynamic and diverse:
- Lead, mobilize, and develop the Canadian Employee Services team by providing inspiring coaching to build a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
- Oversee the daily delivery of HR services across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, job changes, benefits administration, and employee documentation management).
- Foster the adoption of standard HR tools and processes by building strong, trust-based relationships with business partners and senior executives.
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for complex operational challenges or leadership inquiries.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives to simplify and optimize the service delivery experience for both managers and employees.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
To fully thrive as our Senior Manager, Employee Services and HR Operations, you bring the following profile:
- Management Experience: A solid, progressive track record in HR operations or HR shared services, including proven experience in people management.
- Bilingualism: Excellent proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken, essential for seamless daily collaboration with international colleagues and partners.
- Technological Savvy: Practical experience working with Workday (or an equivalent enterprise-scale HRIS).
- Corporate Background: Previous experience navigating within a large organization or a complex, regulated, matrix environment.
- Rigor and Presence: Exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a natural ability to communicate with impact when presenting to senior leadership.
- Prioritization Skills: Strong adaptability, resilience, and the ability to successfully navigate an evolving environment.
